It might be easier to use the terms "General Attributes", "Specific Attributes" and "Attitudes" for your nodes rather than the ones you have used so as to match the requirements of the task more closely. Please give 5 examples of each, together with an explanation as to why it is valued by employers. This task is now rather urgent.
See above. You MUST, for P1 "explain the personal attributes valued by employers". You've not yet done this for all the attributes/attitudes you identify.
